The Nakadaya was too sweet, so I chose a sake that goes well with the namame.
The taste of Nakadaya left a lingering taste in my mouth, so I drank a glass of water to reset it. I don't want to get a hangover.
Dry and refreshing. The bitter taste remains. It is perfect for licking.
It was hot today, so it is a perfect summer sake.
