A 300ml bottle of 48% polished Daiginjo from Naruto Tai.
Gyoza nabe🥟 is the main dinner,
I chose this bottle from the refrigerator.
It is a fairly clear, smooth, and transparent ginjo sake.
I imagine it would be a great match with sea bream sashimi, as the name implies.
For lunch, I had CoCo Ichi's fried oyster curry with spinach topping.
