This is my first time at Fukui's Tsuneyama.
It tasted like a faint rummy (sweetness?), but with a bit of bitterness.
But there was a slight bitterness, and overall it was clean and dry, and went well with a meal.
I paired it with the first grilled swordfish of the season.
