When poured into a glass, it has a golden yellow color. The aroma is not surprising, but when you put it in your mouth, a strong aroma spreads. It has acidity and a very strong umami and sweetness. Kikuhime's Yamahai Junmai is similar to this, with a rich sweetness, but this one has a strong acidity. The alcohol content is 20% and the flavor is strong, so it can be served on the rocks, but it can also be enjoyed cold or warm.
