I decided to buy Kangiku Junmai Ginjo Hiyaroshi at first sight!
I wanted to try the fruity Kangiku with the mellowness of hiyaoroshi!
The sweetness and peachy flavor spread from the moment you take a sip from the aroma! There is a slight bitterness at the end, but the acidity is quite low.
This is my favorite, on the contrary, it is too sweet 😄.
I felt that this is a very cost-effective beer, and I will finish it in 2 days!
