While eating soba noodles, we found a menu item that caught our attention.
Asahi Taka by Takagi Shuzo, the brewer of Jyushiro!
It is limited to only one store in Japan.

It's unpasteurized sake, so it has the same great taste as the Jyushiyo Ararunushi I had before.
The price is almost the same as the Junmai Ginjo I drank first.

Skepticism
Asahi Taka Nama Genshu, a limited edition of Asahi Taka Nama Genshu, is sold only once a year, in November. It is the first new sake of the year.
It's time for a health checkup!
