My ex-colleague invited me to a private izakaya sake drinking contest 😆 25 different kinds of sake ✨Last 25 🎉.
This is the last one. Sweet and mild. Passable. Moderate acidity. Al-feeling is strong. But the bitter taste is stronger in sweet seasoned boiled mebaru. Difficult 🤔The end of the meal is the standard Okkuji egg 🥚 over rice with egg 😋.
It was a rather hectic drinking party 😅, although I appreciate the fact that I could get a lot of variety.
