100% Hachinohe-produced "Hanafukuyuki" is used.
In commemoration of Hachisen's 25th anniversary, this bottle was made using more koji than usual.
It has a strong sugary sweetness that spreads quickly and then quickly disappears.
It is not overly sweet and is very elegant.
The bitterness gives it a nice kick.
It is so delicious that you will be sorry to leave it behind, and you will be welcomed with a second helping.
I also drank the pink-colored Tsugaru Biidoro, a collaboration of Hakusen.
It is less sweet and tingling on the tongue.
The taste is different from the other sake cups.
