This was my first visit to Daishichi in four years. This time, there was a summer sake, so I chose it. It is light with an Alc. of 14, so it is easy to drink like water. The specs are as follows
Rice used: Gohyakumangoku
Polishing ratio = 60% to 90% flat polished rice
Sake degree = +3
Acidity = 1.5
