I had been looking for this sake recently and finally purchased it from the warehouse at a liquor store I frequent that carries it.
It was as delicious as expected, with an elegant, full-bodied sweetness and umami, and a natural, refreshing aftertaste.
I brought it as a birthday present for the staff of a sake tavern, and it was very well received by the staff at the restaurant, who thought it was delicious!
