At Hachinohe shopping
Alcohol 17%.
Sake degree +2
Gohyakumangoku
On the back label
I tried it because it said "fresh and fruity" on the back label.
Opened before KOKIHARU SHIZUKU
The first day after opening the bottle
It has a sweet taste followed by a sharp alcohol taste.
A little bit difficult to drink...
With grilled mackerel, it has a strong sweetness.
Salmon grilled with saikyo gives it a crispy taste.
I wonder if it's for a food wine 🤔.
When it is heated up, the acidity comes out.
Personally, I like it warmed up and cooled down.
3 days after opening the bottle, it was served cold.
The sweetness increased and the alcohol taste decreased 😋.

Thanks for the help, Erin: 🙇♂️
This is totally a walnut brand 😁.
I'd like to try it heated and cooled next time I buy it.

I was looking for a different Aomori sake, but I couldn't find it 💦.
I'm glad I tried different ways to drink it and found my favorite 😊.
