Aomori, Aomori Prefecture, Japan. Nishida Sake Brewery Co. Tasake NEW YEAR Bottle 2025 Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake. This is what we drank on the second day of the New Year. Many people in Sake-no-wa have posted about it. The two cobras on the front look a bit crazy and ferocious, but the heavyweight pun on the back is a nice, loose pun. The sake rice used is Hana-souri. Drink it cold. When the bottle is opened, there is a short gas sound. When poured into a glass, countless microbubbles adhere to the bottom of the glass. The color is clear and almost colorless. The top aroma is a gorgeous, sweet, fruity ginjo aroma with a slight alkaloa. The mouthfeel is still fresh and fruity with a little gas. The fruity aroma that passes through the nose doubles the umami and richness of the flavor. The aftertaste is not too tangy, and it disappears with a petit spiciness and astringency. While fruity and mainly sweet and umami, it is not only that, but the overall balance is good. It is delicious on its own and during a meal. Ingredients:Rice(domestic),Rice Koji(domestic) Rice used: 100% Hanasoui Polishing ratio:50%. Alcohol content: 16%.
