Sake with a full moon label in honor of yesterday's super moon.
It has the sharpness and sweetness of a junmai ginjo with depth, and is easy to drink because it is not just sweet. The sweetness and sharpness of the sake are both quite strong, so it may not go with everything, but today I paired it with steak, and it was a good match.
