The last of the premium courses is Isozumi, a secret cold brew that has been laid up for almost 20 years. It comes in an aluminum pack. It looks very impressive and has a very heavyweight feel to it.
Just one sip is enough to make you think that this is the perfect sake 💕😊. I'm sure it has some flavor from aging, but it still tastes new, has depth, and I love it. ❤️
