きのこ
I opened a bottle of Juromann that I purchased at Gonoi Sake Shop in Aizu. I was worried about Uraroman, but chose this one this time because it was recommended by the staff.
It was mellow and sweet, but not heavy,
It was very easy to drink for me, as I am not a big fan of sweet and umami sake.
It goes well with everything, such as sushimi-stuffed yellowtail radish, iburigakko (pickled ginger), and cream cheese.
It would also be delicious heated.
I think that the Romain series, following the Nanaroman, are all good, so I would like to enjoy them little by little in the future.
