With crab 🦀. I wanted something with more umami than sweetness, so I went for a junmai-shu rather than a ginjo... It was sweeter than the Miyanoyuki I had earlier. Sake is so difficult to make... But it went well with the crab with ponzu (Japanese citrus juice)...
