I bought this brewer's kuheiji at a liquor store that a senior colleague told me about.
I knew it was famous, of course, but it was my first time!

Yogurt aroma
Just like the aroma, it has a sour and mellow yogurt taste with a bitter taste at the end.
Sake...it can do anything.
I like to drink sake, but I have no idea how it is made. I don't know how they can make it taste like this...
It has a few quirks, but I like it.
