At Abe Sake Shop in Sendai
Chose Miyagi Prefecture's local sake for the first time in a long time!
It seems to be the oldest sake brewery in Miyagi Prefecture.
It has a sweetness with a more rice-like taste than I expected.
Slightly acidic, with a lingering bitterness.
Not a Daiginjo-style sake.
But it's a good sake 👍
Less flashy sake, more of a food sake.
I thought it was a typical Miyagi sake.
