Izakaya.
There was a hana-yosu and the person I was drinking with had never had it before, so we ordered it!
It didn't feel like it had just been opened, but was still not fully open, with a ratio of 6-7 sweetness and 3-4 bitterness 💦, but it had the pineapple aroma of the Huayouyasutra and was delicious!
I'm going to let the one I have at home sit and then drink it.
