I have been curious about this sake for a while.
It is a sake from Kyoto, and they are particular about junmai sake.
I also like the name "Mori-ba-ri".
When I drank it, I found it to be
It was sweet and refreshing. And delicious.
It has a nice bubbly taste and a good sharpness, so it is good as a food sake.
After two days of drinking, the bubbles have settled down, and the sake has become thicker, more umami, and sweeter. In this way, it can be enjoyed on its own.
I heard that it is made from 100% Gohyakumangoku, but I will have to compare the two to find out for sure.
Thank you very much for the sake.
