Drank H30BY at home.
The color is pale yellow. It is not difficult to drink even when cold, but it is closed. At room temperature, the soft umami increases and it has a nice sharpness.
When heated to 50°C, the soft umami opens up, and it has a nice sharpness, with a lingering smoky aftertaste that is typical of matured sake. Well-balanced, it is best served warmed.
