おうどんパン
It has been raining for a long time!
The only limited distribution stores are Isego Honten and SakeBase in Chiba, Japan.
And this special shaped bottle! It's also a nice shape...it even fits in my door pocket!
I'm going to transfer it to this bottle when I buy a bottle in the future!
And the taste...
When you first drink it without ori, the sweetness is not that strong, and the acidity comes in spontaneously and quickly.
When I add ori, I feel that the sweetness increases a little more than the milky flavor, or is it just me?
I feel it is similar to Yuki no Mayu (old brewer's forest).
Of course, my taste is also a good point!
Well, let's drink this and get ready for work tomorrow!
There is no label on the back, so here are the specs (quoted from Isego Honten)
Alcohol 14%.
Sake degree -4
Rice used: Harumi from Isehara, Kanagawa Prefecture
