We talked about the craftsmen who make the wooden barrels, climbed up a ladder to look inside the empty enamel barrels, saw the sake squeezing machine for the first time, and had a tour of the brewery that was full of interest.
I couldn't contain my curiosity and asked so many questions💦it was too much fun!
It seems that the sake is made entirely from pure rice, with no brewing alcohol added.
It's a summer-only undiluted sake, and it's supposed to be drunk with ice to make it sound like a wind chime, so it has a high alcohol content!
The cool label is nice too!
Refreshing! It's refreshing! It's crisp!
