I've been wanting to try it ever since I saw the slightly funky brewer on Season 1 of Ishi-chan's Sake Journey on Amazon Prime Video, but it was quite popular and I finally got my hands on it.
It has a nice sourness with a nice flavor, and it's a delicious sake.
But I wonder when season 2 of Ishi's drinking journey will be out.
