This junmai ginjo sake is brewed with Yamadaho, the mother of Yamadanishiki.
It has a mild aroma and smooth mouthfeel, and is comfortable to drink, just like Aozora.
You can enjoy the fresh flavor typical of nama-zake, and the lingering aftertaste is gentle and crisp.
