Along with Keisaku (Fukushima) and Jikken (Mie), Nabeshima (Saga) has been called a "post-14th generation" sake. Yamada-Nishiki Purple Label is the signature sake of Nabeshima. You can enjoy the sweet and fruity aroma of Yamadanishiki and the mellow and elegant flavor of the rice.
In addition to the fine, fine bubbles, the balance of gorgeous sweetness and acidity, and the lingering juicy goodness is as good as it gets. It goes well with a couple of drinks during a meal or with well-seasoned food.
After a few days of opening the bottle, the flavor has increased even more.
