Hirotogawa Junmai Ginjo
This Junmai Ginjo-shu is made from Fukushima Prefecture's sake rice, Yume-no-Ko. Hirotogawa has a good balance of sweetness, acidity, umami, and sharpness, and is a delicious sake for both sweet and spicy people. This junmai ginjo has a slightly strong sweetness, but it has a nice sharpness that makes you want to drink it again. It is a sake that goes well with sake choshi (sake bottle) and sipping it while sipping at a gulp. It is delicious.
