I went to CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025.
This is the second time I have attended this event since last year 🤗.
I conquered the packaged sake, so I'm going to the main body too 😉.
Somewhat, Mr. Tanaka, the toji, is ❗️
He is tall and handsome 🥳.
In addition, he is a genius at making sake. Heaven has given him 3 things😇.

You can see the carbonation in the glass, it's a slight schwar🫧.
Thin but elegant sweetness 🍶☺️
Slight lemon🍋 like acidity in the second half.
The aftertaste is bitter and ends there.
I don't have many chances to drink Koshitanrei, but I guess this is how it is 🤔.
I would like to drink other brands to get a better grasp of the characteristics of the sake rice 🤗.
If I can grasp it... 🤣
