Feeling the afterglow of the proprietress's chic arrangement, the next dish was the Toyo Bijin, which I chose myself. This is another one that I have been into recently. It has a sweet and sour taste that softens and tightens. The aroma is also good. It is definitely delicious. I felt it was lighter than Wada Ryu.
