This is another Sawaya Matsumoto private brand product that I learned about on YouTube from Sumiyoshi Shuhan, a local sake shop in Kyushu. The specs above this were actually introduced, but due to budget constraints, I settled on this one (it still cost about 2,500 yen before tax...).
While it has a taste of sake, the overall feeling is its lack of spiciness. It's not sweet or spicy, and it's easily absorbed. I think it's for experts, but I feel like I can't fully appreciate it now...
