It is fruity with acidity. It is gorgeous, reminiscent of a white wine, but also has the richness of rice. I paired it with sushi. It is not the best match, but it is delicious. I think it is more suited to strong food, as it matched better with curried sausage and fries. It is very tasty. ★★☆☆☆
