Shigemasuきたしずく 純米大吟醸
くま吉
An application for a hidden sake from Shigemasu, for which a flier was placed at a liquor store.
The second distribution was three Junmai Daiginjos made with Kitashizuku, Gohyakumangoku, and Shunyo
(just after opening the bottle)
Drink cold
Colorless and transparent
The ginjo aroma is clearer than the other two bottles.
Firm and full-bodied on the palate
The dryness is weak and the taste is clear.
The most powerful and delicious of the three.
Warmed to lukewarm
The taste is spread out and sweetness is added.
When hot, it has a strong flavor, but the dryness increases.
It goes well with chicken tsukune when hot.
(8 days after opening the bottle).
Drink cold
The aroma weakens.
The richness is the same, but the aftertaste is shorter and the dryness is a little stronger.
It is unclear whether the change in flavor is due to the fact that the bottle has been chilled or because of the time that has passed since the bottle was opened.
It goes down the throat well, but I personally prefer it chilled.
My favorite out of the 6 hidden sake bottles.
