The first sake of the year is Sagamitanada in the neighboring town.
New unfiltered raw sake. Sagaminada's raw sake is a treat this time of year. It is hard to get raw, so I bought it at the brewery.
Sweetness and deliciousness. The aftertaste is faintly tangy.
On the second day, we drank Matsumidori and compared. Because Matsumidori is light, Sagamitanada, which is refreshing, seems to be darker.
