A drink I encountered in Kurume, the town of yakitori.
Yakitori Yugen has a large selection of Japanese sake, and it was hard to choose just one, so I bought a packet. I chose one with a stylish label.
Hachisen" V1116 wine yeast brewed by Hachinohe Shuzo in Aomori Prefecture. It has a fruity flavor that I would like to drink with a glass of wine. It goes well with meat dishes such as yakitori.
