This is the first of the long awaited new Red Takeshu sake.
The freshness, transparency, and gasiness. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a crisp aftertaste that makes it an excellent food sake.
However, a bottle is a lot for me personally, so next year I would like to have a No. 4 bottle.
