sato
Seven Sages Sparkling. Second fermentation in bottle.
It was paired with sauteed pork purchased in Iwate Town.
The meat looked delicious, so we served Shichiken!
I am a fan of Tohoku, so I was satisfied with this sparkling wine. It is the best tasting.
The sweetness is like the mountains in spring that are beginning to change color.
It tastes like cherry blossoms, asagi (Japanese leek), chirichiri (chili pepper), and snow falling slowly.
