On the palate, the gorgeous aroma from the Kamidachi fragrance spreads and the delicious flavor typical of Omachi swells.
In the latter half of the taste, a unique bitterness like a nut or Chinese herb slowly rushes in and takes over the tongue.
When paired with bonito tataki, the unique bitterness is no longer felt.
I don't know the details of this sake's celebratory Omachi and special blend, so if anyone can tell me, I'd appreciate it.
