This is the second time I have had this sake, as I also drank it at the Japanese Sake Festival.
I was watching the BS program "A Journey to Meet Beautiful Japan" broadcast on 10/18 and was surprised to see Houmei Sake Brewery on the program😳.
I heard that they brew not only Mozart, but also Beethoven and Decansho Bushi.
Sasanodrop Daiginjo Hiyoroshi.
It has a sake-like feel and is well balanced, but still robust.
Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi (bottle warmed)
Mature but mellow.
Yume no Tobira Junmai Ginjo Mozart
It has a slight mature taste, perhaps because it was drunk after hiyaoroshi. The flavor is smooth and refreshing.
Homenari Kijoshu]
It has been aged for 3-4 years, so it has a strong old sake taste.
Marron de Kiss
It has a strong taste of marron and sweetpotato.
OURAN
The sweetness is moderate, and there is little black soybean taste.
Houmei also makes a good sake.
