We had a bottle of Kubota Junmai Ginjo Nigori.
We drink Kubota nigori every year. ✌There is a large amount of lees settled in the bottle, about a quarter of the bottle size. Mix slowly and it's ready to go👍.
The aroma is sweet like apples.
In the mouth, it has a silky, nigori-like mouthfeel, with a firm sweetness that spreads quickly, but the lactic acidity and astringency that comes in gently at the end of the bottle are refreshing.
This is delicious!
For 1430 yen including tax, this is too much to look forward to next year 😊.
