The same fruity aroma as the first rise, full sweetness and rice flavor spreads with soft acidity and a little gas, and the lingering bitterness that is typical of ogara-mi leaves a lingering sweetness while it finishes smoothly.
The overall freshness and sweetness of the first half is nicely balanced by the slight bitterness that rises in the middle.
It goes well with a meal, and is of course delicious on its own.
