It's been a while 🔆 This time it's Harushika Doubei!
I've actually been out of work for about 3 months due to health issues and just recently returned to work 😊.
I decided to drink it 2 days before I went back to work (in case I get a hangover 🤣) to celebrate my return to work! I decided to save it for my return to work two days before I went back to work.
My friend gave me some gold leaf for cooking, so I sprinkled it on top to make it a glamorous celebratory sake✨.
It has a mild, gentle, elegant and sweet fruity aroma, and the flavor spreads slowly... I loved it 🫶.
My dad and I felt it was strawberry-like, but my mom said it was muscat-like, so it depends on how you feel about it: ☺️
I think it's the same strawberry-like flavor as Ruri, but when I compared them, I found Ruri to be more crisp and clean, while Harushika left a sweeter aftertaste that lasted longer.
The Harushika has a sweeter aftertaste that lasts longer. It is a bit mellow (mellow?).
The taste also changes depending on the cup!
The larger the glass, the more aromatic it is!
Personally, I thought the Harushika sake tasted best in a Harushika glass 🌸.
The last one with Harushika's Nara pickles...
It's all about Harushika 🦌🫶!
I'm looking forward to drinking with you from now on and working hard 🥰.
