At the Tatsumi Sake Brewery in Higashi-Ginza, I asked if there was any recommended sake that had recently come in. and this was one of the bottles they recommended. I was told it was good value and had a good reputation, but I agree!
Hokkaido's sake has become delicious, hasn't it? When I went to Hokkaido for the first time more than 20 years ago, I moaned about the imbalance between snacks and sake.
