I saw J&N's check-in and was interested in this one.
I was wondering if it would be next year when I would be able to find it, but then I saw it at the nearest liquor store and bought it immediately: ❗️
(I've had good luck with liquor stores lately 😆)
(Wine yeast, 55% polished Yamadanishiki, secondary fermentation in the bottle at 16 degrees alcohol by volume)
I wonder if it's like WAKAZE 🤔.
I'm looking forward to opening it!
When I twist the aluminum cap, the sound of opening the bottle is mp and push!
Fine bubbles are bubbling inside the bottle.
When I pour it into a glass, it's full of bubbles 🫧.
The aroma is a bit like muscat or Japanese pear.
It is more like a sake than a wine!
In the mouth, it has a dry, dry taste and a little bit of sake-like sweetness behind the acidity with a fresh feeling of shwashuwagas.
The taste is distinctly different from the usual Hououmida's mellow sweet flavor.
I drank only the supernatant today, but I will enjoy it tomorrow when I mix the nigori.
It is quite dry, so you can enjoy it with a variety of foods like champagne.
It was delicious 😋.

Good evening Jay & Nobby 😊.
I was lucky enough to meet you 😆.
I made love to you and it was as delicious as they say ♬.
Plus it's cosy while sparkling sake like Basho or Shichiken are generally expensive 😉.
