Junmai Ginjo-shu from 寫楽, made from 100% Bizen Omachi.
Being once-heated, does that mean it is freshly stored or freshly bottled? Indeed, it has a fresh and fruity aroma that one would expect to find in a nama-shu.
The wide, fruity flavor typical of Omachi spreads, but the aftertaste is clean. It is an easy-drinking sake with a sweet taste and no habits, and it is oichiii.
I like sake with a clean taste made with Omachi, so I quite like it!
