Ishikawa Sake
Banana-like ginjo aroma and flavor
Sake with a sweeter flavor that fills the mouth with umami.
Slightly carbonated and tangy
It is quite tasty, but perhaps because it has been aged
The sweetness is so strong that it gets a little boring in the middle of the bottle.
The owner says they use rice called "Ishikawamon".
I heard that they are selling it after aging it a bit again.
I'd like to try it when it's new sake.
