Okuharima山廃純米 兵庫夢錦五拾五 生 26BY

This is 11 year old Okuharima.
I was so surprised that I forgot to take a picture of it, but it looks like the liquor store had drilled a hole in the cork before aging it😅.
I had it heated 🍶.
The nose is a bit strong for those who don't like acidity, with a sour lactic acid aroma and a slight graininess.
Like Katsumasa and Hebigata, this aroma alone makes me grin 😆.
The mouth has a strong acidity and a mild rice flavor.
Ummm, it's good! It's so good!
I heard that wine can be aged for a long time thanks to its acidity, and Sanko and Okuharima are no different.
It has no twisted aroma or strange taste, and it's mellow.
Best 🍶✨ to say the least.
I've only had the Takakakiki from Yoshimizu, but is there a more acidic version? 🤔
