I drank a Daiginjo, a light nigori unfiltered raw sake. It was so raw that the cork blew out when I opened the bottle immediately after taking it out of the refrigerator. It was a great decision for me to make this my 200th commemorative brewery bottle. The aroma when you put the glass close to the bottle. It is one of the best cospa sake for me, a weekend drinker, because the regular price is less than 2,000 yen for this taste.
