Purchased at a liquor store near Chidori Station
(Just after opening the bottle)
Transparent with a slight yellow hue.
Sweet ginjo aroma similar to mango.
On the palate, it has a strong acidity and a heavy richness.
A tingling dryness soon appears and spreads in the mouth, leaving a slight bitterness.
A slight bitterness is left in the aftertaste.
When warmed, the aroma fades and the dryness intensifies considerably.
The taste is very punchy and powerful.
Perhaps due to the wild taste of unfiltered raw sake, it gives a different impression from other Tamagawa wines.
