Dinner at home.
I got a freshly caught snapper
so I added natural bluefin tuna and
I added sashimi of natural bluefin tuna and kinki and had a drink.
The first bottle was Junmai Ginjo of Yukijaku.
It has a subdued aroma and an unconventional taste.
It is easy to match with meals.
It is a good sake that can be drunk easily.
