As a fan of the Foo Fighters, I couldn't resist buying this. Foo Fighters collaboration sake.
Fashionable label.
Junmai Daiginjo
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 15
100% sake brewing rice
(Silver, Omachi, Heki, Dewa Sanzu)
Half Night
Silver with a focus on rock
Pop-focused Heki
I heard that the two are the same. Which will you choose first? Rock, after all.
Silver
It is delicious, and soaks into the body smoothly. It is not a heavy sake. When I say that it has a profound feeling on the rocks, I am talking about the umami of the rice. It's very tasty. The moderate acidity and bitterness give it a clean and refreshing aftertaste!
Heki (blue)
Fruity - Definitely pops. Long aftertaste too.
It's hard to say which one is better, but I personally prefer the silver.
My own scoring
silver 84 points
Blue 81 points

Good evening Yuzi! Someone else posted this collaboration sake, and I listened to Foofy yesterday for the first time in a while 😆.
I used to listen to it about 20 years ago and it never faded away!
I love Monkey Wrench!

Good evening, Yuzi. I'm very jealous. I'm pondering whether I should apply for the resale. While listening to the new album...

Good evening, Chama P. I like Monkey wrench, I like My hero -> smells like teen sprite (Nirvana). It's the ultimate luxury for a drunk adult.

Mr. Discovery Mourning. Thank you for your comment. It's a bit expensive, but I think it's possible, considering it's the first and last collaboration. But if you spend the same amount of money, you can buy more delicious sake. But you can't buy memories, so while you have the chance!
